Booking Procedure

When you have decided that the Jewellery Quarter Suites are perfect for your stay in Birmingham, the booking procedure couldn’t be simpler:

Alternatively you can pay on-line directly once you have received confirmation that your dates are available.

RECEIVE CONFIRMATION: Immediately upon payment you will be sent written confirmation of your booking together with the full address of the property, directions and details of how to get access to the property upon arrival.

Terms & Conditions

Your Contract

The booking agreement constitutes an acceptance of all of these terms and conditions by the guest and the guest accepts it on behalf of all members of the party named in the booking agreement.


In order to book the apartment we require a deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and the balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival. You can obviously pay the entire balance up front if you wish.


You may cancel your stay at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person signing the booking form and is communicated in writing.  The following cancellation charges will apply:

Cancellation more than 12 weeks before date of stay: 100% of fee returned.

Cancellation between 6 and 12 weeks before date of stay: deposit lost

Cancellation between 4 and 6 weeks before date of stay: 50% of total rental cost lost

Cancellation within 4 weeks of date of stay: 75% of total rental fee lost

Last Minute Bookings

Bookings made within a week of arrival must be accompanied by full payment. Cancellation of any such last minute booking will result in loss of 100% of rental fee paid.


The accommodation is provided solely for the use of the client and guests named on the booking form or as amended by agreement with us in writing.

Subletting and/or reassignment is strictly prohibited.

Check out time is 11.00 am on the day of departure.  Check in time is not before 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, except by prior consent. These check in and out times allow enough time for the apartment to be thoroughly cleaned before the arrival of new guests.  A late checkout charge may apply if you require staying in the property later than 11:00 am. POA.

The whole of the apartment is designated as no smoking for safety and comfort.

In the event that there are any issues with this property prior to your arrival we have the right to move you to another property like for like or offer to you a full refund. We will cover no other costs.


It is your responsibility that you arrange appropriate insurance cover for all members of your party.

All members of the party use facilities entirely at their own risk.

Please obey the rules for all equipment and leave it as you found it when you check out.

Price Guarantee

We guarantee that the price of your accommodation will not be subject to any change or local tax.

Care of Property

Please remember that this is someone’s privately owned apartment and the property should be left clean and undamaged. Please keep the property and all its fittings, furniture, equipment and other contents in a similar state of repair and condition to that in which you found them.

The management company will examine the property and an inventory will be taken upon your departure. It may be necessary to charge for costs in the event of damage or needed replacements. Your agreement with this is implicit in your contract and you will be contacted within 1 week after departure if it is deemed that damage has occurred.

We recommend you inspect the apartment on arrival to ensure that everything is in order. If you do find any damage on arrival, contact us immediately so that we can resolve any issues.

Please do not to smoke, nor to allow smoking, inside the apartment at any time.

Please leave the property tidy upon your departure. We’d appreciate it if you could empty the fridge, remove all rubbish and, if you have used it, clean the oven. We also request unnecessary dirty dishes are not left behind. Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you when you leave.
